This Privacy Policy describes how Picatecla, owner of the “Prode Master” application (hereinafter, the “Application”), collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of users who access the Application on Android and iOS devices.

By using the Application, the user accepts the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • First and last name.
  • Email address.
  • User identifiers generated by Firebase Authentication.
  • Information related to the use of the Application.
  • Subscription status (active, expired, subscription type).

The Application does not collect or store credit card details or financial information. All in-app purchases are processed exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Use of Information

The collected information is used to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Provide access to free and premium features.
  • Manage Plus subscriptions.
  • Send service-related push notifications.
  • Improve user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

For the operation of the Application, we use third-party services that may process personal data:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): user authentication services.
  • OneSignal: management and delivery of push notifications. OneSignal may integrate with services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications.
  • RevenueCat: subscription management and validation.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store: payment processing and billing.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting of servers and databases.

These providers may store or process information on servers located outside the Republic of Argentina. By using the Application, the user consents to such international data transfers.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

All in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. Picatecla does not access or store users’ financial information. We only receive the information necessary to validate the subscription status (active, expired, or canceled).

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. User Rights

In accordance with applicable legislation, users may request:

  • Access to their personal data.
  • Correction or updating of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of their account and associated data.

To exercise these rights, users must send an email to: hola@prodemaster.com with the subject “Personal Data”.

Deletion of the account will result in the removal of stored personal data, unless legal obligations require retention.

7. Notifications

Users may disable push notifications at any time through their device settings.

8. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained while the user maintains an active account or as necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations.

9. Links to Third Parties

The Application may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third-party sites.

10. Changes to This Policy

Picatecla reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be published within the Application and will become effective upon publication.

11. International Data Processing and Additional Rights

Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed based on the user’s consent, the performance of the contract arising from the use of the Application (including account and subscription management), and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

International Data Transfers

Because the Application uses third-party providers with servers located in different countries, personal data may be transferred to and processed outside the user’s country of residence, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our technology providers operate. Picatecla adopts reasonable measures to ensure that such providers maintain adequate data protection standards.

Rights of International Users

Users located outside the Republic of Argentina, including those within the European Economic Area (EEA), may exercise the following rights under applicable data protection laws:

  • Right of access to personal data.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Right to object to or restrict processing.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in their country.

Minimum Age

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. If a user is considered a minor under the laws of their country of residence, they must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Application.

12. Third-Party Data and Service Availability

The Application may display or use sports-related information (such as match results, schedules, statuses, standings, and statistics) obtained from third-party providers and/or publicly available sources. Such information may be delayed, inconsistent, or inaccurate due to the nature of sports events or the operation of third-party systems.

Picatecla does not control the systems of such external providers and does not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or real-time updating of such information.

Additionally, the operation of the Application may be temporarily affected by maintenance, updates, technical failures, connectivity issues, or events beyond Picatecla’s reasonable control. In such cases, technical diagnostic data may be collected solely for the purpose of identifying and resolving errors, improving service stability, and optimizing user experience.
