1. Introduction
These general terms of use govern the access and use of “Prode Master” (hereinafter, the “Application”), owned by Picatecla, domiciled in the city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Argentine Republic. The user must read and accept these terms in order to use the services and information provided by the Application. Accessing and/or using the service implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Conditions of Use
These terms regulate access to and use of the service, including content and services made available to users by Picatecla, other users, or third parties. Access to certain content or functionalities may be subject to specific additional conditions.
3. Modifications
Picatecla reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of the Application after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
4. User Obligations
The user agrees to use the Application diligently and in accordance with applicable laws, morality, and public order, assuming any responsibility arising from non-compliance with these terms.
The transmission, storage, or distribution of content containing viruses or any other code designed to damage computer systems is strictly prohibited.
5. Plus Subscription
The Application may offer premium features under a subscription model called “Plus”.
5.1 Subscription Plans
The Plus subscription may be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. The price is uniform globally and will be displayed to the user before confirming the purchase.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless the user cancels the subscription prior to the renewal date.
5.3 Payment Management
All purchases and renewals are processed exclusively through the corresponding app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Picatecla does not store credit card details nor process payments directly.
5.4 Cancellation
The user may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings in the corresponding app store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the already paid billing period.
5.5 Refunds
Picatecla does not process refunds for in-app purchases. Any refund request must be submitted directly to Apple or Google and will be subject to their respective refund policies.
5.6 Price Changes
Picatecla may modify subscription pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in accordance with the policies of the relevant app store and will apply from the next renewal period.
5.7 Modification of Features
Picatecla may modify, expand, or discontinue features included in the Plus subscription at any time, provided that already paid billing periods are not retroactively affected.
6. Liability
The user acknowledges that the Application does not guarantee sports results nor provide monetary prizes. The Application is intended solely for recreational and entertainment purposes. Picatecla does not promote or organize betting or gambling activities.
Except where otherwise required by law, Picatecla shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Application or from information provided by third parties.
6.1 Availability and Service Interruptions
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Picatecla does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Application. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, connectivity problems, or events beyond Picatecla’s reasonable control.
Picatecla shall not be liable for any loss, missed predictions, loss of data, delays, or any other damages resulting from service interruptions, system failures, or temporary unavailability, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6.2 Third-Party Data and Accuracy Disclaimer
The Application may display or use sports-related information (including but not limited to fixtures, match start times, statuses, results, standings, and statistics) obtained from third-party providers and/or publicly available sources. Such information may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate due to the nature of sports events and external data sources.
Picatecla does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and shall not be liable for any differences between the data displayed in the Application and official sources, or for any impact these differences may have on user experience or features within the Application, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6.3 Corrections and Updates
If Picatecla becomes aware of material inaccuracies or discrepancies in sports-related data, Picatecla may (but is not obligated to) correct or update such data when reasonably possible. Picatecla may also adjust the presentation of information and related features to maintain the integrity of the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and protected elements are the exclusive property of Picatecla or their respective rightful owners. Use of the Application does not grant any license other than those expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina. Notifications must be sent to: hola@prodemaster.com
